Roles available: Ticketing Assistant
Supporting scan staff with scanning tickets
Answering ticket queries
Resolving ticket issues
Troubleshooting scanning devices
Requirements:
You will have previously supported Scan Staff, or be a very experienced Scan Staff member looking for an opportunity to progress
You must be available for all show days.
Travel: Festivall does not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events. Please note: staff car parking will be available.
Staffing Camping is available for this event. You will need to bring your own camping equipment.
