Trail Steward

• Operate at the Observation Wheel ticket point

• Scan tickets and manage card-only payments for rides

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-moving environment

• Handle all transactions responsibly and maintain smooth guest flow

• Support nearby team members and help keep the area tidy when required

• Report any technical or guest-related issues to your Staff Supervisor or Event Manager

Ticket Assistant

• Operate at the Observation Wheel ticket point

• Scan tickets and manage card-only payments for rides

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-moving environment

• Handle all transactions responsibly and maintain smooth guest flow

• Support nearby team members and help keep the area tidy when required

• Report any technical or guest-related issues to your Staff Supervisor or Event Manager

Box Office Assistant

• Be the first friendly face welcoming guests to the event

• Scan entry tickets efficiently and manage guest flow at entrances

• Answer guest queries and provide clear information or directions

• Maintain a positive, festive attitude to create a warm first impression

• Assist with the pack down or tidying of your area at the end of each shift

• Report any issues or concerns to your Staff Supervisor or Event Manager

• Please note that all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all, of the shift.

There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow: 

• You will need to be available to work 2+ holiday dates (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)

• You will be available for a minimum of 15 show dates across the run

• You will be required to be flexible between roles.

• You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.

• Hourly Pay: from £14.14*ph (*broken down as £12.62 base + £1.52 holiday for PAYE)

Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
Please note: staff car parking will be available. You will be finishing your shift late into the evenings, public transport may not be running at these times. No accommodation is provided.
