Roles Available: Event Assistant
Show Dates: 3rd December - 31st December 2025
Accredited Living Wage Employer - from £14.14* hourly
Act as the eyes and ears of the event, so a happy, friendly, and festive persona is essential.
Stewarding the site to aid guests with queries or directions, acting as a point of contact.
You may be required to scan entry tickets and be the first face of the event.
You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor on the shift.
Please note that all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all, of the shift.
There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow:
You will be available for a minimum of 8 show dates across the run
You will be required to be flexible between roles.
You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.
Hourly Pay: from £14.14*ph (*broken down as £12.62 base + £1.52 holiday for PAYE)
Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
There is no access by public transport. No accommodation is provided. Staff parking is available on site; car sharing is encouraged.
