About Us
What We Do
Established in November 2021, off the back of the success of Kent Event Services (KES) and Yorkshire Event Services (YES), Festivall Staff was set up to provide work opportunities at festivals, festive events, and more nationwide .
We at Festivall pride ourselves on offering top opportunities for people of all levels. Whether it’s your first festival or you’re an event professional, we have a job for you.
We recruit staff for events that are based all around the country, meaning you can always find a role to suit you, no matter where you’re located.
Our Values
-
Staff Welfare always has and always will be top of the Festivall agenda. That’s why for every 3 hours our staff work, they accrue 15 minutes of break time.
All of our full-time team members complete Mental Health First Aider training within their first year, and we actively encourage our onsite leads to do the same. -
Our company was founded in the Garden of England – Kent – so being green has always been part of who we are. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact, supporting reforestation projects, and making sure our events are as planet‑friendly as possible.
-
We know that pay matters, so we’ve paid at least the Living Wage since we started. We believe that fairly rewarded teams are better able to deliver an excellent experience for our clients. Our current pay rates vary by role and location, but always meet or exceed the applicable Living Wage.
Our value “Green by Brand, Green by Nature” isn’t just a slogan, it’s how we work. We’ve invested in tree‑planting and carbon reduction projects to balance the impact of our events and travel, and we’re continually pushing to do better.
Before partnering with Carma, we had already funded the planting of 100’s of trees. Since September 2024, we’ve worked with Carma to track our environmental impact in real time and keep growing our positive footprint.

Q: What is your favourite memory working in events?
A: It's genuinely too hard to choose one singular memory, but what I do know is that all of my top memories involve people being happy. Whether this was a drunk customer storming towards me at my campsite management office just to tell me that the staff had been fantastic or a steward getting emotional about how scared she was to start work as she'd never had a job before us and how we made it so easy by having such a friendly team.
Q: What inspired you to start working in events?
A: My inspiration to start working in events stemmed from my love for music growing up! I attended as many concerts as I could afford and knew that it was something I wanted to be forever involved in. I’m so lucky to now be a small part of some of the biggest tours and festivals in the world!

Q: What’s the BEST event you’ve been to, and why?
A: That’s not an easy one to answer having worked and attended so many! I guess most recently I took some time out in Las Vegas for When We Were Young Festival which was the first time I’d felt like I’d attended an event in a very long time - I’ve already rebooked for this year!

Q: If you could work at any festival in the world, what would it be?
A: I worked a bit in film back in Canada and more than anything else really love getting to do work behind the scenes of these big creative moments, the more I worked in events the more it felt like all the parts of film that I loved with the added benefit of getting to see people enjoy it right away!
I’d love to have the chance to work for one of the major film festivals one day, it’d be a dream.
