You can report concerns or misconduct using our external reporting tool, Stamp Out. Reports made through Stamp Out are handled confidentially, and you can choose to remain anonymous.

If you’re working a shift and there’s an accident or incident, your onsite lead or our office team may ask you to complete our internal Accident/Incident Form, which is available via the FestivApp FAQs.
