How we look after our people
Festivall Staff is part of The Occasionall Group, and across the group we’re serious about looking after the people who make our events happen.
Wellbeing first We plan our work with regular breaks, clear expectations and support in mind. Our full-time team complete accredited Mental Health First Aider training within their first year, and we encourage our onsite leads to do the same.
Green by brand, green by nature Founded in the Garden of England – Kent – we’re committed to making our events as planet-friendly as possible. We work with partners like Carma to track our impact and support tree planting and carbon reduction projects.
Fair, transparent pay Pay matters. We’ve paid at least the Real Living Wage since we started, and our rates meet or exceed the applicable Living Wage, varying by role and location.
