Staff Welfare always has and always will be top of the Festivall agenda. That’s why for every 3 hours our staff work, they accrue 15 minutes of break time. We’re also proud to say that all of our full time team are now Mental Health First Aiders.

Our company was founded in the Garden of England - Kent - and so being green has always been close to our heart; both internally and externally. That’s why in 2022, we offset our carbon emissions and planted over 350 trees for each member of staff we employ. We’ve already doubled that in 2023, and can’t wait to do more!

We know that money is a motivation for our staff so we’ve paid the Real Living Wage since we started. It is our belief that a team with higher quality remuneration are in a position to provide an even better experience to our clients. From April 2024, we will pay from £12ph outside of London, and from £13.15ph within London - the first time we’ve exceeded the Living Wage.
