Event Steward
Welcome guests, manage queues, help with directions and support the smooth running of the event.

Ticket Scanning
Use handheld scanners to check tickets on arrival and make sure guests get into the event quickly and safely.

Box Office
From Box Office Assistants to Box Office Managers, you’ll handle ticket queries, collections and on‑the‑day sales.

Bar Staff
Serve alcoholic and soft drinks, keep the bar area tidy and help create a positive atmosphere for guests.

Event Manager
Oversee the overall operation of an event, liaising with clients, venues and teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

On-Site Lead
Oversees our team on-site, responsible for welfare, timings and supporting workers during shifts.

Joining the Festivall Family is simple. Here’s how it works:
Stay in the loop Sign up to our newsletter to hear about upcoming events and work opportunities.
Download FestivApp FestivApp is where you create your profile, see available shifts and apply to work more info here.
Complete your profile Add your details, upload your right‑to‑work documents and tell us about any relevant experience. Don’t worry if you’re new to events – we have roles for all experience levels.
Apply for shifts that suit you Once you’re approved, you can browse events in FestivApp and apply for the work you want, when it works for you.
We interview on an event-by-event basis, this means you are interviewing for real jobs that we have at that moment, this means it may take a while for you to receive the interview invite - we do this to ensure that successful candidates don’t have to wait long between the interview and their first shift.

Fair pay
We’ve paid at least the Living Wage since we started. Our rates vary by role and location, but always meet or exceed the applicable Living Wage.

We offer access to training through our Training Hub, including opportunities in event safety, customer service and more. Many of our workers go on to supervisory and management roles.

We care about the people we work with. Our full‑time team complete Mental Health First Aider training within their first year, and we actively encourage our onsite leads to do the same.
