Roles available: 
Front of House Assistant
Please note all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all of the shift.

• You will be the first face of the event as you scan entry tickets for cars and people.

• You will assist in the movement of people around a busy car park - ensuring they follow set pedestrian routes and arrive to the entrance safely.

• You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Manager or Supervisor on the shift.

Trail Steward

• Act as the eyes and ears of the event so a happy, friendly and festive persona is essential.

• Stewarding the site to aid guests with queries or directions, acting as a point of contact.

• You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor on the shift.

  Please note all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all of the shift.

There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow: 

• You will need to be available to work 1+ holiday dates (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve)

• You will be available for a minimum of 5 show dates across the run

• You will be required to be flexible between roles.

• You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.

Hourly Pay: from £14.14*ph (*broken down as £12.62 base + £1.52 holiday for PAYE)

Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
Please note: staff car parking will be available. You will finish your shift late into the evening, and public transport may not be running at these times. No accommodation is provided.
