👤 Roles available: Scan Staff | Event Assistant

• Assist the guests into the event with the smooth entry and scanning of their mobile or physical tickets through the ticket check. 

• You will be one of the first faces they see on entry to the event, so a happy welcome is always essential! 

• You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event, and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift. 

 ✅ There are certain requirements we will need staff to comply with: 

• You will be required to be flexible for the roles listed above.

• We will ask you for preferred shifts, but these cannot always be guaranteed.

ℹ️ Priority will go to staff available to work as many days as possible.

🚗 Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events. Please note: there is no staff car parking provided.
