About The Event
Winter Light Trail
Enlightened Hylands takes place at Hylands Estate on 27th Nov - 3rd Jan 2026.
Roles available:
Event Assistant
Please note all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all of the shift.
Act as the eyes and ears of the event so a happy, friendly and festive persona is essential.
Stewarding the site to aid guests with queries or directions, acting as a point of contact.
You may be required to scan entry tickets and be the first face of the event.
You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift.
There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow:
You will be available for a minimum of 8 show dates across the run
You will be required to be flexible between roles.
You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.
Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
You will be finishing your shift late into the evenings, and public transport may not be running at these times. No accommodation is provided. Staff parking is available on-site, car sharing is encouraged.
