Christmas at Bewl Water

  • Bewl Water Bewlbridge Lane Lamberhurst. Kent TN3 8JH United Kingdom (map)

Festivall are proud to present temporary and flexible work opportunities at
Christmas at Bewl Water 2025!

About The Event
This year, Christmas at Bewl Water takes the crown as our “must-work, not-a-light-trail” winter event. Set amidst ancient woodland and beside the reservoir, this is a fully immersive, interactive holiday quest where families become part of the story.

Instead of strolling past installations, visitors join Santa’s Quest: the Cheer-O-Meter is low, and hope lies in each family stepping up to become Cheer Champions. Guided by cheeky elves and woodland friends, they’ll wander magical pathways, complete festive challenges, and help power up the magic of Christmas. Expect theatrical performances, surprise encounters, and activity zones at every turn.

What sets it apart:

  • Narrative and interactivity: This isn’t just observing - it’s doing. Guests have agency in the adventure.

  • Atmosphere + immersion over spectacle: Rather than wowing with sheer scale, it leans into mood, storytelling, hidden details, and discovery.

  • Weather resilience: Much of the experience is under cover, so visitors get magical moments without being at the mercy of wind or rain.

In short, Christmas at Bewl Water is a fresh kind of festive work opportunity – rich in storytelling, theatricality, and moments that require actors, guides, craft-makers, and support staff who can bring emotion, presence, and warmth. With longer daytime shifts (and no late nights) meaning higher earning potential, it’s a role that fits perfectly around the run-up to Christmas.

It’s not just lighting up the woods; it’s lighting up the imagination.
