Event Steward
Assist with customer queries, queue management and aid in ensuring an even flow of guests into the venue

Ticket Scanning
Using a scanner to verify people’s tickets on arrival, admitting them entry into the event

Box Office
Whether that’s an Assistant or Manager, working in the Box Office involves answering ticket queries and selling tickets on the door.

Bar Staff
Selling alcoholic and soft drinks to guests on the premises.

Event Manager
Responsible for the overall running and operations of the event.

Supervisor
Oversees the members of staff, responsible for signing them in and out at the start and end of their shift and allocating breaks.
